My name is Don Kinn and I’ve been a full-time professional building inspector since 1995 and have performed over 8,000 home and commercial inspections. Your complete satisfaction is my goal so I actively participate in annual continuing education classes and maintain membership in American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) and the International Code Council (ICC) to make sure I always have the most recent information.

Additionally, I support and adhere to the Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI).

You’ll receive a complete color photograph inspection report via e-mail or a printed version (you choose) AND the report is delivered the same day I perform your inspection.  NO WAITING!!  I work from a mobile office and prepare your report immediately so we can meet at the property to discuss my findings that day.
