If you’re building a new home, we strongly recommend staged inspections which are three main inspections performed at specific times and specific phases of construction. These inspections are designed to see if your home is being built in compliance with current building codes.
If you wait to inspect the home after normally concealed areas are covered up, it is much more difficult to correct any problems that might exist as well as much more expensive.
These three main staged inspections are:
Footings and Foundation Inspection
Not only do staged inspections catch many potentially serious problems when they can be easily repaired, your inspection reports can be good sales tools for when you decide to sell your home. Our color photograph reports document your home’s history so your potential buyer can see how the home was built.
